Tahjmoy checked us in, she was very friendly & very knowledgeable. Thank you Tahjmoy! Ana was very friendly & Sweet, making sure we had everything we needed! Thank you Ana! When we went down for Breakfast, Adelina was very Helpful, checking to make sure we had Everything we needed, a Very Sweet Lady! Thank you Adelina! These 3 Women made our stay in Nashville So Much Enjoyable! They were ALL VERY HELPFUL & SWEET!!! We were on a Celebratory Trip, my Husband had Bone Marrow Cancer, he had a Bone Marrow Transplant & is now Cancer FREE!!!! We Hope you take care of these 3 Ladies because THEY ARE ALL EXCEPTIONAL LADIES & made Our stay there a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE & TRIP!!!! THANK YOU KADIES FROM PAULA & DAVID in KANSAS CITY MISSOURI!!!

The property was exceptionally clean, and my room was well-maintained with a very comfortable bed. The staff provided outstanding service, and I truly appreciated that the facility was entirely smoke-free—I didn’t detect even a hint of cigarette smoke anywhere on the premises. It was a great experience overall.

The parking lot was well lit and well maintained. The outside was clean and welcoming. The receptionist who greeted us (Monika/Moni) was friendly and worked with us to resolve confusion over our reservation (my nickname on the reservation did not match my proper given name on my ID). The common areas, hallways and room including bathroom were all very clean, the couch and bed were both comfortable and in good repair. The fridge and microwave worked well, and the two televisions were an unexpected convenience. The breakfast was well-prepared and the hostess was kind and caring. The free WiFi signal was strong and the connection speed was adequate. The hotel is more than one would expect from such budget-friendly lodgings.

We had a room on the first floor. The room had a really high ceiling which was nice. The beds were very comfortable and also quite high off the ground. Even though hotel was near airport, it was very quiet. It was maybe a 15-20 minute drive to Nashville during rush hour traffic, so not bad. The free coffee machine in lobby! Excellent cappuccino, latte and many others to choose from.

Room was great, very clean and quiet. TV was a little small and the login for Netflix was not working, but that was not a big deal. There are a lot of fast food near by and enough parking.
